How We Work

Mold is the symptom. Water is the problem.

If a company scrubs the mold off your joists and leaves without finding where the moisture came from, you will be calling somebody again in six months. That is the single biggest reason mold jobs fail.

So we find the source first. Moisture meters, infrared cameras, and a full walk of the space, including the parts you cannot see yet. Then we seal off the work area, remove what cannot be saved, treat what can, and fix the moisture issue behind it. Every job ends with before and after documentation, plus clearance testing where it applies, so you have proof the space is clean instead of just our word for it.

Why Mold Is Such a Problem Here

Raleigh gives mold everything it wants. Long humid summers, heavy rain, vented crawl spaces, and a lot of older housing stock that was never built with moisture control in mind. Once water shows up, mold can start growing within 24 to 72 hours.

We have spent 15 years working on these houses specifically. We know where crawl space moisture tends to collect, which roof and gutter setups cause attic problems, and what actually holds up in this climate.
